Hi, I’m Julia.

If we work together, I will be your coach.

A few words about how I work

I’m a coach working with people around connection, belonging, and social fulfillment. I support thoughtful people navigating disconnection and loneliness — often during periods of transition, when familiar ways of connecting no longer feel aligned and something more honest is asking to take shape.

My work is grounded in conversation. I don’t offer formulas or prescriptions. Instead, I create space to slow down, listen carefully, and explore what’s shifting beneath the surface — so insight and action can emerge in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.

I believe people are naturally capable and whole, even when they feel lost, uncertain, or disconnected. Coaching, for me, is about helping people reconnect with what matters most to them and take steps that reflect that clarity.

My approach is informed by Co-Active Coaching and shaped by working with people navigating change, transition, and questions of connection, belonging, purpose, and ultimately social fulfillment.

How I came to this work

I feel most grounded, balanced, and whole when I’m rooted in connection — to myself, to others, and to the world around me.

That understanding has been shaped by living in different places and learning, again and again, how to create a sense of home. I’ve lived in New Orleans, Louisiana; Dhahran, Saudi Arabia; Manila, Philippines; and now A Coruña, Spain. Each move brought periods of disconnection and reorientation, and each place taught me something new about belonging, purpose, and what it means to feel at home.

Alongside these personal experiences, my background in community design and urban development has deeply influenced how I think about connection. I don’t see it as something abstract or incidental, but as something shaped by our environments, our relationships, and the choices we make every day.

Over time, I’ve come to understand meaningful connection as a basic human need — essential to how we live well, especially during times of change.

This way of being is what led me to coaching — and what I bring into it. In many ways, coaching is a natural extension of how I move through the world: staying curious, listening closely, and being present.
